The world record holder for heaviest dead lift wasn’t born with muscles cut like a razor and the fastest runner in the world had to learn how to walk (just like every other person) first.
When I added weight training to my routine I could barely squat with the bar, but now I can do squats with 70 lbs added. I am far from squatting as much as many, but what matters is that I’m seeing progress.
As many people consider making a New Year’s resolution it has helped me to focus on the idea that I don’t have to be great tomorrow to become great. I only need to keep building, stay focused, maintain consistency, and acknowledge the progress. I am going to keep working on it, reaching for my impossible, and moving my dreams to life. 💜 You can too.
