I really like this outfit and the soft oceanesque colors. 🧜🏼♀️ Come to think of it, out of everything I wore on vacation, I believe I received the most compliments from this beach inspired attire. 🌴🐠 I wore this on the day I went to Paradise Beach in Tortola, but I did have on the bikini at that point. 😉 This stop was my favorite of all the ports. According to my taxi driver, Tortola is known as a sailing capital of the world. The bay of Paradise Beach was full of boats parked in the most beautiful turquoise, crystals clear water I have ever seen. I even rented a stand up paddle board and had a sea turtle come by and swim along with me for a short while. It was an amazingly beautiful experience!

Did you know horses use their breath as a means of communication? By softly breathing into each other’s nostrils or onto a person they are greeting the other with a message conveying respect, trust, and affection.

This evening I decided sunsets deserve a little screen time too. A sunset marks another day of completion. Maybe it is a final gift and repeat reminder that the most beautiful moments don’t always happen during the brightest part of the day. 💜

I have found proof that a physical hobby that is done consistently will carry on as a strength in any other arena that involves the same muscles or movement.
This is probably the only machine I’ll ever be this good at, but I can do the adductor machine with max weight (290 lbs). I have to attribute this newly discovered strength of mine to years and years of riding horses. 🏇 💜🐎💜
I guess it would be fair to say I’m really good at squeezing things between my legs. 😏🤭🤷🏼♀️

Ok, it was very unofficial, but I was proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone. I basically won due to my pull-up strength, but ok, my personality must have helped earn some of the cheers 😝 and maybe my little muscles did have something to do with it too. 🙈💪🏻
I won a T-shirt (XL) 🙃 and lots of compliments plus a memory to mark the trip. 💜🥰 Only one woman said I shouldn’t have won, 🤔 but I agreed that the runner-up deserved to win too 🤷🏼♀️
If you put yourself out there you’re eventually going to get your feelings hurt, but I’m continuously working on myself, seeking to boost my confidence, and all while always doing my best to become even kinder. The people who spread hate are fortunate they’ve never felt it projected onto them, because those who have truly experienced the raw effects of such, they strive to never make another feel that affliction.
Of course, “I’m preaching to the choir,” as they say around my parts, on here 🙃 because you all are amazing and awesome. 😎 🥰😘
If only we could make: every day feel like the best day ever … every day feel like it can’t be topped … every day full of happy and fun and excitement … the reality is that life isn’t all sunshine and rainbows, but if we dwell on the negative of our life, then well, it will be negative!
I’m not really qualified to give life advice, but in my opinion it is always worth highlighting the positives you do have. Just as I was taught to not say anything if I don’t have anything nice to say, I believe the same goes with the negatives … don’t harp on them, don’t give the negatives any energy. If we search within ourselves we have the power to have whatever we want, we can achieve great things, and we can be someone who draws others to finding joy too. We might not be able to hold onto every “positive” forever, but as soon as you identify one … it deserves every ounce of energy you can feed it!
Nothing in this life is forever and a positive you rejoice over today may disappear tomorrow. I’ve loved and I’ve lost and I’ve cried over things, over animals, and over people who are gone forever, but I still send them messages from my heart. I may not have every positive that once was anymore, but I have positive memories, positive feelings, and I’m positive I’ll never forget them. Goodness knows I spend plenty of time sitting in the dark. I don’t mind it and at times I only want to dwell there by myself, but I never want to stay there forever because we all need the sun to survive. 🖤🌈💜🌥️⛅️🌤️☀️
Today I am positive that the fans I have are amongst the most top shelf of fans that exist. I may not have ALL of the best ones, but the ones I have never seem to tire of building me up, gently nudging me to go for my dreams, and ceaselessly reminding me that they just enjoy tracking along through life with me. Do you ever look at how the sun reflects off of the clouds? I don’t mean glance and you say, yes.. I mean really see the way sun illuminates depths, dimensions, and layers. Have you counted the shades of colors that contribute to the masterpiece painted by our atmosphere each and every day. Some days more colors are visible as the sun is hidden by a shield of cover, but if not for the gray would we really appreciate the palette of colors that most mornings eject?
I hope the sun shines with favor on me so that those around me never want to turn away, never want to leave, and never want to stop staring at the person I wish to be, you know, the best version of me. May we all strive to be a sun to those around us... feeding each other with life, a source of warmth, a need that cannot be left alone for good, and for the ability to shine a beautiful light to show off the colorful palette unique to each of us. 🌎👩🏼🎨🎨💜

I was trying to look up interesting facts about cruise ships to share and then I read that the average “cruiser” gains about a pound of day while on the boat. The food is pretty good, the variety of food is amazing, and there are several ice cream bars on the boat… 🙃😋😆 but, I’m going to do my best to not contribute to this theory unless I’m gaining more muscle 💪🏻 from working out.

An art museum I visited recently while on a trip for work had a room dedicated to stars. When you walked into the room the lights went out and “stars” began to illuminate and sparkle to the chimes of music as they danced and sparkled to life in different colors. The room was surrounded by mirrors to give the feel of a sky reaching for as far as you can appreciate. It was a neat attraction of the facility.
The sky and stars above cannot be accurately mimicked, but the room was simple and the magical illusion of this man-made starry room was a reminder that I’m not alone in my awe of a twinkling night sky. Did you know the average star that we can see at night is at least 1.5 MILLION miles wide (most are even wider). My brain can’t really comprehend that kind of size or even accept how much space is up there when the sky is so full of so many stars. For reference the entire circumference of the earth is only just under 25 thousand miles.
The mind boggling realization that one tiny little star in the sky is incredibly, massively larger than earth is eye opening. I’ve always been intrigued by science, the things we (people) have discovered, but I am also forever feeling as if the wonders of the world, or the universe, are so much more vast and unknown than is even comprehensible. The world is so big and so incredible … let your mind get lost in exploring as much of it as you can, even if it’s mostly through reading, and suddenly so many of earthly stresses and problems become irrelevant.
Or maybe this topic can also help people increase in awareness that our planet is so tiny. We should do our best to take care of it. The consideration of the universe being larger than we can understand but with only ONE Earth is a profound reason to protect it.
Now, take a minute and substitute yourself into this scenario. You are the only you and our existence is so small and short in the scheme of everything. Let’s find the fascination and wonder of existence. It could change our personal little world and time here. You are the only you and only you can shine (like you) and do you. ⭐️✨⭐️
Don’t let yourself fixate on some small detail that is causing you stress for too long. This is your reminder that the world is too big and amazing for that… yes, we have responsibilities to take care of, but there is so much to explore, so much to do, and never enough time to see it all. Be intrigued, explore, learn, and live fascinated with excitement of what you’ll discover next. Suddenly, the confines of our mind are canceled and we feel free to live a little more excited, more open to discover, and more stimulated to press on towards the fascinating unknowns of what we discover next.
This is what we should be sensationalizing and when we do this together, well, I believe our journey in life levels up. 💜🌟💜🌟💜🌟💜
Climbing requires control, strength, attention to detail, endurance, body tension, and some nerve to lead. I’ve never considered myself as an overly anxious person, but there’s not anything that settles my nerves quite like climbing. Situated above the ground, once I am high above the rest of my group I appreciate my heightened senses by the sound of my breathing amplified off the stone, the direction of my eyes intently searching for irregularities along the surface, and the deliberate use of my tendons and ligaments. I am acutely aware that I should use only enough pressure to maintain my hold to conserve as much energy as will be required to complete the route without a fall. Maybe, for me, climbing is an effective distraction from any internal uneasiness because it requires complete concentration for the present.
Whatever it is, a day on the face of a rock has never failed to help me solve some of life’s problems, push me to dig deep for strength I do have, and to give me a new perspective on my position, all while keeping me humble, but hungry for the next climb to complete.

If you have been wondering how Astro is coming along, then this might be a fun update to watch. I recorded this a couple months ago and am anxiously awaiting his recovery from an injury right now, but should have him under saddle for his next update if all goes as expected.
Not so long ago it was common to hear the term “breaking” used to describe how people would make horses suitable to ride. Sure you can break a horse’s spirit just as a person can have their’s broken, but I think it’s a poor word choice (not to mention, poor technique if you’re meaning to break any creature’s spirit), and one that should be reconsidered. Manipulation by rough hands and mechanical control can lead to a horse succumbing to a rider’s control, but the strongest partnerships is unlikely to flourish under such conditions. I refuse to describe my training as “breaking” and would never want my horses to feel as if I’m intending to break anything, physically or emotionally, during my interactions with them.
With time, patience, kindness, and a firm, but steady hand we can harness the trust of a horse who will use his power and athleticism to loan us a ride that a “broken” horse will refuse to share. If my videos show even a glimpse of how much pride I take in the care and training of my horses, then I’ll forever consider them worth having shared.
In all my experiences on earth I have never found a more unique bond than the one I share with my horses. I’ll never understand and will forever be in awe of how such a powerful, magnificent, and regal creature will trust my judgement enough to allow me to float across the ground atop such majesty.
Astro is a star in my eyes and a treasure of my life. ⭐️🐎💜
To me, spring is the most exciting season. The evidence of new growth with tiny green buds in the trees, the persistent little leaves of bulbs pressing up through the earth, and the twitter-pated behavior of the birds who chirp without concern reminds my soul that after a dark and cold winter, the spin of the world doesn’t allow for a permanent hold on our circumstance.
Instead of saying, “I am sorry I left so abruptly,” I want to say, “Thank you for giving me time when I suddenly needed to be quiet.”
Instead of saying, “I wish I hadn’t missed so many weeks with you”, I want to say, “I can’t wait to spend more weeks together.”
Instead of saying, “Life is so hard,” I want to say, “Every day I learn something new about how to better myself.”
Instead of saying, “I have a new daily post for you to see,” I want to say, “It’s fun for me to leave opportunities for you to experience a little part of my life with me.”
Instead of saying, “It feels good to be confident in my panties,” I should have said, “It is a rush for me share with you and I really enjoy it.”
Instead of saying, “Well, I have to get to work now,” I want to say, “Another opportunity for me to shine in the world is waiting, so for now I have to go.”
Instead of saying, “I hope you all never leave,” I want to say, “I appreciate the time you have spent supporting me and value our connection.”

I used to believe that good things happen to good people. It’s not that they can’t, but being good doesn’t guarantee anything good to come. The truth is that the universe doesn’t make fair trades. That fact doesn’t devalue goodness, but it makes the reality that life isn’t fair a little easier to handle to be honest with ourself that life can be hard, a bit unjust, but still be ok.
We have a choice to look up or look down. We can take breaks to catch our breath when needed, then when we are ready we move on and do a little more good, we can get back to it. My advice to myself is to consider that doing good is enough and still worth the effort even when a measurable reward is hard to locate because somewhere along the line the good mattered for me and for something… even when I don’t feel it, it must be so.
Goodness, I didn’t mean to disappear for so long, but y’all know my work can be all consuming. It’s been a busy month, but it felt like time for me to share a little sunshine again … hopefully I’m a little caught up and can find time again to be here a little more often. It’s not fun to get so lost in work that you miss out on the bright spots of life. Yes, I think this place and my fans are bright spots. I might have a backwards way of showing it sometimes, but just as your life has made you the way you are, so has mine.
You guys ARE a bright spot in my life and I missed being around ☀️ hopefully I still have some fans who were wishing for my return. 💜🤞🏻

It’s time to go back to having a purpose and a plan with daily videos. Sure, winging a little fun can be exciting for a while, but we all like and need some structure if we want to maintain anything long term. After all, structure gives us the basis for a sturdy perspective, strength to withstand the wind and changing seasons of life. My strength and resilience have increased with age and structures do evolve whether we want them to or not.

Love is all around us … I watched it this morning while Opal lovingly licked along Gus’ as they snuggled in my bed, while two cardinals twirled around each other in the cedar tree near my arena, and when Astro nudged at Little J across the fence. I felt love in the soft gust of wind against my cheek, the tingling sensation of my hair brushing against my skin, and in the gentle muzzles covered with velvety hair that tenderly press my cheek every day. I heard love in the songs played for me by nature moving through my wind chimes, the soft purrs of my cats when I passed them in the barn, and in hooves thundering across the ground to greet me.
Love always surrounds us, ready to be seen, felt, and heard. 💨💜🕊️💜🐈⬛💜🦮💜🐎💜😘 What a lovely Sunday for love. ❤️🩷💜
