Since it’s the end of the week and already Friday I didn’t want to wait any longer …so here is week 16 of the plank challenge! Some stubborn determination seems to be helping me along. 😝 Excited that the weeks are still rolling and maybe the new year will provide a motivational date to recruit some new plank challenge supporters!
