Right down the street from that grand white pillared building was this funky turquoise hotel💠 We stopped here to shoot as well, and I wanted to get a little sneaky sneaky in the process and show off this tiny white dress and fun makeup.
A room service attendant down the hall definitely caught me filming this video and then shortly after they asked us politely to leave...heheh the timing couldn’t have been better though because we were approached right after we finished our last shot! Mooka is a sun goddess just like her momma✨☀️ Recently we’ve been spending early mornings in the backyard on this ottoman. I meditate and get in some light movements to start the day, while Mooka observes all the birds chirping, squirrels scampering around, and dogs barking in the neighborhood.
Today I got in my weekly breast massage self-care as well which can be viewed in the second vid.
Ahhh so much bliss lies in the simple moments like these :) I urge you to take a moment to slow down at some point today to check in with yourSelf and take a few deep breaths. I swear it will shift your energetic field for the better.

~Knowing who you are makes the opinion of others hold less weight~
I had a shoot a couple months ago where I was told to come up with a short quote that I held close to my heart as part of the photographer, Josh’s ongoing project, “I am Art”. This was the first one that came to mind. I’ve seen first hand how standing strong in your embodied truth allows other’s judgements of you to just slip away. It’s a powerful thing to not be ruled by other’s opinions of you. I used to let people’s negative comment penetrate my energetic space and let it ruin my day but when you start to cultivate love for your Self, you see that happen less and less.
