Exercises like flys are great for rehabbing injuries, isolating specific muscles, and reinforcing technique for the heavier compound lifts. Haven’t done these in a bit and it’s clearly shows where I’m weakest.

1 Diet Coke
About 1600 calories
In addition to regular meals
At about 3k cals a day to get to 270lb
Guy who weighs 195 pounds and works an office job: “I eat 5,000 cals a day, everyday! I have a fast metabolism!”
Option 1: You have a metabolic disorder or a serious problem and are in big trouble
Option 2: You have no clue how much you really do eat (surely not the right option)
Option 3: You really really have some math/computer skill deficiencies.

It’s been a tough week guys. I appreciate the support.
In the past 6 months, my own training has been shifted way down. It’s been hard ti flip that switch again after 10 years of it being flipped on. I’m still a chipper lad and relived that I know I can be my best ever in only 6 months of uninterrupted training. Now is the time.
