2022-07-21 03:11:13 +0000 UTC View PostWant big rear delts and shoulder mobility? Shoulder extensions are a great exercise to throw in. Keep reps in the 15-25 range. I prefer 20-25. Start with a pvc pipe or broom handle to get your mobility good enough to get rolling.
