2020-08-28 17:21:35 +0000 UTC View PostSupersets have always been a One of my favorite ways to train arms. I usually start with a compound heavy exercise for triceps and follow it up with 2 to 3 biceps/triceps supersets. About five minutes rest on the heavy compound tricep exercise and about one minute rest after one round of both exercises on the superset. The 8 to 12 rep range has always been my sweet spot for arm growth. The pump will make your arms feel like they’re tearing.
