If doing it as a secondary exercise, start at about 55% of your regular bench max.
Wk 1 195lb Wk 2 205 Wk 3 215 Wk 4 230 (Example for someone with a max bench of 350lbs and doing this as a secondary exercise)

Donβt switch exercises every week. Cycle through exercises every 3-4 weeks. 2 row and 2 pulldown movements usually works best.
