January 2020 I was on the Italian Alps of Piedmont and i spent 44 days in small town at 2035m. For the first time in my life I got naked on the snow and let me tell you, it feels amazing!!! The sun rays on the skin, the excitement of doing something new, the calm of mind to not care about people watching. I managed to strike few yoga poses and it was extremely challenging, especially with snow on my feet (pic 3) !!! I am today very proud to share these precious pieces of photography with you, with no editing at all. Leave me a comment and tell me how you like them!

(🇮🇹traduzione in fondo) Many of you ask me help to get confident with their body, well my answer always starts with: do you look at yourself in the mirror? 🪞 I know you might say “yes, and I don’t like it”. So let’s take a moment hereto reflect on this: for sure this is your start point, or you wouldn’t have asked help. Now, do you think that in order to like yourself you should change the way you look? I hope not. Thus, it is only a matter of habit (as for everything in life, I believe): you need to get used to look at yourself and see your body more often! In fact, I’m guessing that since you don’t like your body, you cover it up quite often, don’t you?? 😒 Trust who has already reached the result you want: self confidence starts with you and you only; it takes determination, consistency and patience. Begin with the first step. The following steps will (literally) follow naturally! Once you look at yourself, you might slowly take small actions like eating better and move more, so your body will become the manifestation of what you like too (this is a bonus!), and liking yourself will get easier and easier. I could go on forever but this is it for now. Go do your homework. 👩🏼🏫 ________________________________________ 🇮🇹 Molti di voi mi chiedono aiuto per diventare sicuri di se stessi e del proprio corpo, la mia domanda inizi sempre così: ti guardi allo specchio? 🪞 So che potreste dirmi “si, e non mi piaccio”. 2021-10-13 01:21:06 +0000 UTC View PostTRY THIS EXERCISE! - it’s good for activating belly muscles and strengthening them (both superficial and deep muscles) - it’s good to learn how to relax your belly - it has great effects on your sinuses as well as helps you find concentration. 1.exhale through the mouth while hinging from your hips and supporting your weight with hands on knees. Stay in this position until the end of the exercise. 2. Take one inhale through the nose and RELAX your belly completely, letting it fall down thanks to gravity. 3. From now on you’ll only ACTIVELY exhale through the nose and the inhale will be passive. Force short exhalations out of your nose with sound like in my video. Count 10 exhalations or more until you can sustain it. 4. At your last exhale, force ALL the remaining air you got OUT and engage your belly muscles and your pelvic floor muscles HOLDING the empty feeling. This is your moment to focus on what’s happening in your body. 5. When you feel the need to breathe, inhale slowly through the nose and slowly come back to standing position. Lastly, take a moment to observe and enjoy the after effect.

Uppward Facing Dog position is a PULLING movement! 😳 did you know??! For me it’s a big challenge because my back muscles are not strong enough and my shoulders are quite closed forward, so placing the blocks under my shoulders allows me to pull easier my chest open! What is your relationship with yoga props? How does your upward facing dog look like? (I am available for private consultations in DM and video calls) ⬇️
