Here’s a quick workout you can do if you’re in a rush like I was today! ✨ 30 minute on the stair master - Use a resistance band for this each step do a kick back. ✨ Deadlifts- do 3 sets of 15 ✨ Squats - do 3 sets of 10 using heavy weight ✨ Cable kickbacks- do 10 on each leg using 10 lbs This workout should take about an hour or so! I love doing this for when I’m in a rush and need a quick pump! Try it and let me know what you think! Stay peachy 🍑 As always msgs with tips are TOP priority! Here’s a 🔥 workout I did 🍑 pump was crazzzy This is best done in the gym! ✨Step ups - do 3 sets of 20 on each leg ✨Hip thrusts - do 3 sets of 25 go slow with these and hold at the top! ✨Sumo RDL - do 3 sets of 35 hold at the top with these too I use a 40 pound barbell for these ✨Finish this workout off with 30 mins on the stair master with a medium resistance band.✨ Try this and let me know what you think! 2021-04-16 21:53:44 +0000 UTC View PostHappy hump day love! 🍑 I get a lot of questions about how to get rid of stretch marks on the glutes and the truth is you can try to take measures to prevent them but it’s really hard esp if you go from being really small to having bigger glutes I’ve learned to accept and love my stretch marks bc for me they represent growth and how far I’ve come! I never edit them out in any of my pictures! When I started my fitness journey four years ago I used coco butter and vitamin E oil but I still got stretch marks bc of how fast I was able to grow my glutes and honestly it makes me proud! Self love is the best love and I think every woman and man should feel comfortable in their skin we’re human and these things are normal! Don’t compare what you see on social media bc a lot of it is edited! Hope you’re having a great week! It’s time for you to bloom into the best version of yourself! 🦋 Here’s a great workout to help your glutes get rounder 🍑 What you need: dumbbells and resistance bands This workout is best done as a circuit I would recommend 3-4 times ✨Dumbbell Side Lunges - I use a 35 pound dumbbell for these 3x20 ✨Side Laying abductions- I use a 10 pound dumbbell for these and add a medium resistance band 3x10 each side ✨Banded Seated Abductions - For these I use the heavy resistance band 3x30 ✨Banded Sumo Pulse Squats - I use the light resistance band for these 3x10 reps ✨Fire Hydrants - I add a heavy resistance band 3x12 each leg ✨ Banded Hip Thrust with Triple Abductions - I add a heavy resistance band and use a 20 pound dumbbell 3x10 reps Try these and let me know what you think!! Here’s some helpful tips if you’re struggling to see growth in your glutes! ✨instead of doing squats do sumo squats ✨ instead of forward lunges do backward lunges ✨instead of lunge jumps do lunge kickbacks All these work best with weights in order to grow muscles you have to lift heavy weights Start small and work your way up! These are best done at the gym! ✨ squats- do 4 sets of 25 ✨dumbbell hip thrusts- do 4 sets of 25 ✨cable reverse lunge - do 3 sets of 20 for each leg ✨ deadlifts- do 4 sets of 15 I get a lot of questions about what what weight to use when doing my workouts and it just depends on where you’re at with your workout journey if you’re a beginner start small and work your way up if you’re someone who has experience and it’s comfortable for you to lift heavy weights then do so! Everyone is different and that is completely okay do what works best for you! I don’t recommend starting with a heavy weight if you’re not used to lifting heavy bc you could injure yourself. Just remember it’s not a competition it’s a personal journey and as long as you’re putting in work that’s all that matters and your results will show based on your consistency and effort 💕 Stay peachy xo 🍑

What you need: 🍑 Bar bell 🍑 Resistance bands 🍑 Yoga Mat I suggest using weights bc it helps build muscle! ✨ over head kneeling squat - do 4 sets of 20 hold the barbell above your head and go slow when doing these 🔥 ✨squat up downs- do 3 sets of 20 put your weight in your heels when doing these to activate the glute muscles ✨ banded squat pulses- do 4 sets of 15 put the resistance band around your legs make sure your legs are placed wider than your shoulders go slow when doing these as well ✨ over head reverse lunges- do 4 sets of 12 hold the barbell over your head instead of brining your leg forward like in a regular lunge bring your leg back. I recommend going through these with minimum rest and going through the workout 3 times. I workout abs 2 times a week and this is something I love doing keeps my abs so toned and it’s a great way to achieve that line in your stomach! 💕 Here’s what you need: Dumbbells (optional) Yoga Mat A couch ✨ intentional upper cuts - do ten of these weights are optional for these as well but I like to use them! ✨ standing oblique crunches- do 10 on each side I like to use a 5 pound dumbbells for these ✨ slow mountain climbers - do ten on each side ✨ fast mountain climbers - do 15 on each side ✨ couch in and outs - do 20 of these 🔥 ✨ couch alternating leg raise - do 15 on each side ✨ couch side to side taps - do 10 on each side ✨ couch oblique crunches - do ten on each side ✨ couch oblique full body crunches - do ten on each side Try these and let me know how it goes! I don’t like eating a big meal right before I workout bc it makes me feel bloated. This is a great little snack before the gym and has great benefits as well avocado contains high fibers and have more potassium than a banana and clementines have vitamin C and have natural sugars that are packed with antioxidants Here’s what you need! ✨ Wheat bread 🍞 - toasted ✨ Avocado 🥑 ✨ Clementines 🍊 ✨ Pink Himalayan salt 🧂 (sprinkle some on top of the avocado!) ✨ 2 hard boiled eggs (not pictured: I didn’t eat any today bc I wasn’t that hungry but usually I’ll eat hard boiled eggs as well and like to wait atleast 45-60 mins before working out) This usually keeps me pretty full throughout my workout and keeps my energy levels up as well I always drink my BCAAs when I workout so that definitely helps Try this and let me know how it is!
