Here is a amazing and workout I love to do when I wake up. 🌟 This workout can be done anywhere as long as you have a 5 pound weight or weight ball you can use. ✨ bicycles I do 3 sets of 25 ✨ plank 3x40 seconds each ✨ Dead bug I like to use a 5 pound weight for these using a dumbbell 3 sets of 10 🌟I do these about 3 times a week to keep my waist snatched! Here’s my workout for the gym later! ✨ RDL 3 sets of 10 ✨ Sumo Squats 3 sets of 15 ✨ Leg press I do 15 with no rest go slow! ✨ Hip Thrust 3 sets of 8 ✨ Finishing the workout with 30 mins on the stair master with a resistance band! 🌟 This is a pretty quick workout and great for targeting glutes. Happy Hump day luvs 🍑 I hope your week is going well here is a 🔥 workout for your glutes! this is best done in the gym and definitely one of my favorites lately Here it is: ✨ RDL do 3 sets of 12 do these slow and hold at the top ✨ Squats do 3 sets of 8 ✨ Hip Trusts do 3 sets of 10 with little rest time ✨ Cable kick backs do 3 sets of 15 ✨Stair master finish your workout by doing about 30 mins set your speed to a 2 your glutes will be on 🔥 after this workout but this has been one of my favorite set of workouts to do lately. obviously conisitancy is key when it comes to anything to see results so make sure you're being consistent in your workouts try this and let me know how it is! stay peachy 🍑

Late night/early morning workout in my @ofmerch 😉 Didn’t ha..

Late night/early morning workout in my @ofmerch 😉 Didn’t have much time and felt kind of lazy so this is a super quick workout to get a nice pump takes about 20 mins I suggest taking a little bit of time with this meaning doing these workouts slow but consistently enough to where you’re done in 20 mins! This workout requires heavy weights and a resistance band ✨ grab two 20 pound dumbbells do 3 sets of 15 deadlifts as if you were using a bar bell do this slowly! Focusing on your glutes ✨ with your resistance band around your thighs a little bit above the knee do 3 set of 10 squats using a barbell on your shoulders. ✨ this workout requires a leg press I did mine with the weight at 40 pounds bc I want to focus on my glutes for me i use a lower weight on the leg press so that my thighs don’t kick in obviously I feel this in all of my leg but lower weight helps me focus more on my glute rather than hamstrings dominant. Do 3 sets of 12 This workout was quick and easy esp if you’re beginning your workout journey this is a great leg workout it’s not too intense and will train your legs slowly so you can progress with a heavier weight without hurting yourself!
