Good morning / evening I’m half way between getting changed..

Good morning / evening I’m half way between getting changed to work out and working on planning new content for you all. I’m not sure which to do first. So now I’m lost in thought.. I know, does a blond really have thoughts lol 😆 Does anyone else get side tracked getting undressed? I thought I would share a bit of my last week/ month/ life… This last week, we had a credit card scam in Australia and my card number got stolen. I spent 5 hrs wait time on a call to get my card cancelled and replaced…. I wonder where customer service has gone. The poor gentleman that picked up had a baby in the background. I can’t take my frustrations out on him but I’m sad that customer service can be so bad for an international customer of an Australian bank. I’ve had a package in the post go missing. A friend sent it and forgot to keep the receipt with the tracking number. It has a lot of value and I don’t know how to find it. I’m scared I’ll have to repurchase everything and find more money I don’t have right now. I’ve had to pay my daughters school and bus fees and extra taxes in Switzerland in the last month too. Even though I left a year ago from Switzerland, taxes still come to haunt me. If you ever need a good fuck tax will always fuck you good lol. Being a contractor/self employed for health and fitness to train people is helpful so I can work online and care for my daughter full time too. However, It ends up with a lot more unknown expenses and no holiday pay or sick leave. I also work 7 days due to time differences and need to make ends më3t. Here in Bangkok everyone has a nanny, a driver, a cleaner and I do all this myself. I listen as people complain with all these services I could only dream of affording. I think I do all this myself and then realise I’m proud I do, because I want to live life and do all I can. I want to hold compassion for everyone. I just feel we forget how lucky we are sometimes with all we have, we complain rather than see others with less or be grateful 😇 I know as I walk the streets of Bangkok even with my own challenges I am reminded day in and day out how lucky I am. Many do not have a roof over their head, more than one change of clothing. Öld people working in the hot streets pulling heavy food carts, yöung families begging for money. We have to sit back sometimes and realise we are also lucky even with the depths of life. It’s been a week and on top of these above things…My mum has also had a car accident, dad and mum have been very unwell the last month, only just starting to feel better. 3 of my close friends have been in the hospital sick. I hope they will heal soon. My brother lost his job last month and had to find a new one. So the list goes on…. I’m now sitting here realizing I must train before my daughter wakes. It’s her last day of school summer holidays. Want to make it special. At the same time I’m thinking about taking her to Australia for Xmas. But I'm not sure how to afford it. My mum and dad will be selling our family home in the next few years to downsize. They are in their 70s. I always wanted to buy it but cannot afford it. Now I’m hoping to at least save to have one more Xmas there for my daughter amongst the bush and wallabies in case they move next year. Life is truly full of challenges and problems. But it’s also full of greatness too. The things we lose are not lost. They are entryways. They are the world saying, sometimes very strongly. There is something else out there. Well cheers to something else… I wrote this just in case you feel like you are alone with life. I hope this helps you to know behind the scenes we all have our challenges and you are doing amazing. Happy people know suffering more than anyone else, and that’s how they can see just how damn beautiful their lives are. It’s because they’ve seen the depths. Then we went for a hike on the mountain… Michelle was like Ferrari zoom zoom speed.. Here some information to answers those questions: Before orgasm, alpha waves in our brains slow down. A recent documentary on the “super-orgasm” – actually multiple orgasms – found that women who had multiple orgasms had slower alpha waves than the average woman. Their brains were quieter, making more room for pleasure. Most women have the capacity to have multiple orgasms, but past research suggests only about 15% actually do. Multiple orgasms have not been studied extensively, and much of what we know comes from patients’ personal stories. There are also varying definitions of what multiple orgasms are. For example, some experts believe that multiple orgasms occur one right after the other, with little “down time” in between. Women stay aroused in between each one. Others feel that multiple orgasms can occur with more time in between. With this definition, a woman might climax once, rest a bit, then climax again minutes later. Often, women find that their second or third orgasms are less intense than their first ones. But this doesn’t mean they are any less pleasurable. For some women, multiple orgasms might have nothing to do with sex. Women with persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD) may feel sexually aroused for hours or days without any sexual stimulation. They may have several spontaneous orgasms that they cannot control within a short period of time. Culture is a huge reason behind why women may not orgasm. Also falling under the bracket of psychological roadblocks are a sense of feeling rushed to climax along with — or as quickly as — your male partner, which is quite the physiological challenge. Men usually orgasm within the first five to ten minutes of rapid stimulation. Women may take upwards of 30 minutes to get there. The secret to any success is to make sure you do things properly. Make sure your form in exercises is correct. It is better to do quality over quantity. Try to keep your stomach engaged and pulled in towards your spine. You are making a deep scoop not a crunch and bunch activation of your core. Meaning that the moves engage a wide range of muscles, from your deep internal transverse abdominis to those rectus abdominis on top. I believe we would all be a lot better off if we stopped buying into 30 day programs and looking for quick fixes the way society sells us. I mean when have our lives and problems ever been fixed in an instant or 30 days? 30 day programs are fantastic selling points, they may produce results but is it ever lasting? It is kinda like filters. A filter blinds us to the beauty of living fully human and aging, so we never feel enough without them. A 30 day program blinds us to see our life after 30 days and after 30 days when the results dont stay. We forget to do the work, we so often blame the program. The truth is we didn’t remember that there is something after 30 days and that nothing works unless we do, so we have to put in to keep the results. I do not want to be one of those people that says things dont work out because x. I want to be one of those people to figure out how to make things work. So I want to give you a different perspective on 30 day programs and how we can make them work for us. The simple test to determine if a 30 day challenge is successful? It must lead to long-lasting changes. That means after the 30 day challenge is over, you must still be applying what you learned in that time so you maintain the results you achieved, and hopefully achieve even more. In a world that either says something is crazy or not. Why dont we spin our perspectives a little and make the best out of things rather than the worst? Thirty day challenges can be effective and even jump-start your health and fitness regimen, or take things to a new level... But I suggest using them like this. Change one thing at a time each 30 days. Start by building one habit like stretching for 10 mins a day for 30 days. Once you have built that habit add in another change, like changing your breakfast to a more healthy option for the next 30 days and so on. While you may be tempted to put it all together, workout, meditate, eat clean, write a gratitude diary, learn a language (whatever your goals are). I strongly discourage you from doing that. Do one at a time, and only one at a time. Our wonderful brains think “more is better,” but not in this case. By doing one challenge at a time you’ll be able to successfully complete the action every single day without overwhelming yourself and changing your life long term, whilst achieving your goals to last. This change in pelvic tilt affects the length of the muscles around the spine and hip joint. Bad posture affects millions of people each year, and the number is only rising. Anterior pelvic tilt (APT) is one of the most common manifestations of bad posture. In more severe cases, APT causes pain, as well as decreased functionality. Anterior pelvic tilt back pain can be caused by sitting for long periods and regularly wearing high heels—both of which contribute to short, tight hip flexors—as well as weak glutes, hamstrings and core muscles. Tight hip flexors create an anterior pull on the pelvis known as an anterior pelvic tilt. This alters posture and also inhibits, or turns off, the opposing muscle group, the gluteus maximus, leading to muscle imbalances. Men reported that they like to start their day by having sex between 6 am and 9 am, while women preferred lovemaking between 11 pm to 2 am. Here's How To Increase Vaginal Lubrication...Naturally. Wetness isn't always a sign of being horny. Sometimes wetness can mean a change in hormone levels or even being well hydrated. The main function of microRNAs in cells is to turn off specific genes. The researchers say microRNAs located on the female X chromosome may give women an immune system advantage over males. This finding seems to hold water as another study showed that women are diagnosed with cancer less frequently than men. Women have a higher pain threshold Though of course pain is subjective, it seems to be the case that women, in general, can at least handle the discomfort of pain better, a new study has proven. According to researchers at McGill University, men rated their pain higher than women did during a series of tests. Men also were observed being more “stressed and hypersensitive” when facing individual pain than women. Women detect smells better As Charles Wysocki, a behavioral neuroscientist at the Monell Chemical Senses Center in Philadelphia, observed in his study, “It is quite difficult to block a woman’s awareness of body odor. In contrast, it seems rather easy to do so in men.” The researchers think women are more attuned to underarm body odor because the biological data it contains helps them choose a potential partner. Well, it certainly beats Tinder. The study tested 32 fragrances to see how well they could hide body odor. Among the male subjects, 19 of the fragrances worked to fool them. When it came to women, only two of the scents successfully overpowered the underarm pong. Women can see more colors Women have a larger “color vocabulary” compared to men, according to research by Israel Abramov of CUNY’s Brooklyn College. Abramov asked men and women to break down the hue of a color and to assign a percentage to the categories of red, yellow, green and blue. The results showed that women were better at distinguishing between subtle gradations than men were. This sensitivity was most evident in the middle of the color spectrum. Women were better able to distinguish tiny differences between colors that looked identical to men. And this is why we should always be allowed to pick the paint colors in a new home. Women have better memories Have you ever had an argument with a woman only to have her bring up something from the past? When I grew up there were two things I wanted to be. An Olympic athlete either in waterpolo or running and or The Prime Minister of Straya Mate. I was running at an international level in my late teens and played at national level in waterpolo too. But when I finished school reality checked in. I was from a good family but not a wealthy one. I had to work. So the athlete dream went. I wanted to be the Prime Minister because I thought it was actually about making a difference. Helping people. As I got older I learned politics was more of a game then it was about being a good heart. So I let that idea go to. I’m not sure I would have ever made it anyway lol 😂 Now I’m just me. A woman, an ordinary girl, a mum, a yoga teacher, a personal trainer, an author, a human. Nobody knows me when I walk down the street. But I realized one thing our dreams aren’t a destination and our joy doesn’t come from getting to some point. It’s really about us choosing to live our dreams anyway, even if they don’t tick boxes we may have set for accomplishments. I personally may not be the Olympian I dreamed of. But I’m still pretty stoked at nearly 40 I am doing things like this I thought would never be possible for me even in my 20s, and at nearly 40 here I am doing my impossible. Because break impossible down into small steps consistently over the years impossible becomes I’m possible. My other dream of helping people also came true. It may not be on the big scale I hoped but in small random acts of kindness I can make a difference every day to. It is a great thing to realize that by continuing to show up for ourselves and live our dreams without a destination. We can get a lot of satisfaction and joy too and still achieve amazing things. Nature is a place I find grounding. How about you? Life has never been at all what I’ve planned it to be. It has also never been easy. I've traveled from Switzerland to live in Thailand in the last year. Due to covid we had to look for new work & we no longer had the opportunities we once had in Switzerland. Then from Thailand to the USA to hold my first yoga retreat, scary & amazing at the same time.... from Thailand to Straya - home for the first time in 3yrs. Then back to the USA for work. Finishing with Thailand & 2 stops in Bali for work & family (a place my heart wants to love but due to a large life traümatic event there. Every time it challenges me to the core). They say time heals all wöunds. I think this isn’t true. Time creates space to process it & in time we hope we can learn to distance ourselves & see the now instead of the päin of the past. I’ve also had a major néck injüry that nearly made me quit teaching & I lost most of my skills as an arm balancer & personal trainer in the upper body for a while. Movement is my first passion & joy, & I'm not sure who I’d be without it. This year I feel has been hard for many of us with the world's econömy & life changing after cövid & sadly not only did we have to move countries for work but I had to cäncel my second retreat too. To be honest, behind all the pretty posts it's been a lot. It’s been a töugh year but always a beautiful one too. It’s always been a gift to see the world but the biggest gift is to connect to so many wonderful humans from all walks of life. If this last year has taught me anything it is these things: -Gratitude is everything. -The greatest part of a road trip isn’t arriving at your destination. It's all the wild stuff that happens along the way. -So often the longest journey we make is the distance from our heads to our hearts. -The people you connect with are truly the best parts. -That we are our own worst enémy’s or best friends & choosing the right side makes all the difference. -If we can’t change our circumstances we must change our thinking. - Forgiveness is always the key to keeping our hearts full with love and compassion. - Learn to laugh at yourself, when you laugh at yourself you are free. - Everything is music. I’ve realised that how “pretty” I look, versus how powerful and beastly I feel, when I work out is not something I think about like most people on socials. On social media I can't help but notice just how pretty and put together so many people look. From matching athletic outfits to perfect ponytails to makeup and eyelash extensions, these humans could be heading to brunch just as easily as doing exercise. Is it just me, or has looking cute to go work out become even more of a norm than it was before socials? art imitating life. According to a report in Forbes, athleisure purchases grew 84 percent over the first year of the pandemic. So maybe we all just have more fashionable workout clothes we’ve been dying to show off for years. I can barely scroll through Instagram or TikTok on YouTube without spotting a man or woman fully decked out in activewear like they are on their way to an editorial shoot instead of the gym, or being served an ad for expensive, fashion-forward workout clothes. On TV shows, I’ve noticed matching sets replacing oversized sweats and big T-shirts when there’s a fitness scene. Could we be further from the days when Monica förced Chandler to exercise on Friends while wearing gray sweatpants? Or maybe it’s that dopamine dressing makes some people more excited to exercise. In a survey of over 2,000 gym-goers, 69 percent said having nice workout clothing helps motivate them to go to the gym. Dopamine motivates us to seek a reward. behavioral psychologist Carolyn Mair, PhD, author of The Psychology of Fashion said. So, scientifically speaking, dopamine dressing refers to a person’s motivation to dress in a way that will result in a positive outcome, like feeling more confident, competent, or happy. Or perhaps, stronger, faster, or more fit? Personally I don’t necessarily find on-trend clothes, like crop tops, the most comfortable to work out in. I prefer naked but that aint going to happen yet on all socials. I love I can share it on these platforms though From Zoom calls to Instagram Stories, the pressure to be presentable to the outside world is a lot of weight to carry on our shoulders—more than the body I and weights I’m lifting. Personally I wonder if this emphasis on our appearance takes away from what we’re actually supposed to be focused on in our fitness: Finding health, better movement, mobility and pushing our bodies? The truth is It won’t matter how much I’m wearing or whether my sports bra matches my bottoms, my face is perfectly makeup elegant covering all the red when I’m doing a handstand or getting through a workout like this one. I’m going to be grunting and sweating and pulling faces like I've had a good session in the bedroom...some say it's not pretty but I think it is pretty amazing to see another work to their max and see them fight for their real wealth and their health. We as adults have fun getting down and dirty, it’s not prim, clean, symmetrical, effortless-seeming, put together, or conventionally beautiful. But it’s powerful in the bedroom to get down and dirty and it's powerful in fitness to me. I know why many link sexuality to it. The two coexist but it can def have both reminding you of each other. The truth is under all that beautiful attire and appearances social media people are selling us and sharing with isn't always true fitness. But moving naked like this you cannot deny there is fitness and a person working hard. It shows how grand the body is and how hard it is to design your own health and fitness with your tool for life, your body. Athletes are beautiful specimens because their bodies move like Mick Jagger haha I had to say that one. Or move like a well oiled car the most expensive car in the world in fact: the Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupé A 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupe became the most expensive car ever sold in 2022, having sold at auction for an eye-watering €135 million - the equivalent of £114.4 million. It attracts and holds attention, it is easy on the eye, it covers all the bare essentials and then some to make a beautiful dream machine and moves like a dancer in swan lake. So remember fitness is so much more than a beautifully covered physique on socials. Here's to those getting down and doing the work with me. Red faces, sweat dripping, funny faces and grunting noise type of workouts I salute you. Don't get me wrong there are workouts that aren't all grunt and groan but the truth is hard work pays off and social media will never be able to do that justice. If you want to know the secret to being fit and healthy? It is made in the moments that nobody is willing to show on socials anymore. It is not made in the items you buy, the way your hair or makeup looks or even the perfect rep. It is made by you vs you and that doesn't have a look that has a feel of exhiliation and absolute exhaustion like a good orgasm gives. To show you how fitness and orgasms can link in, read this one from the perspective of fitness and one from the perspective of a good orgasm. Works for both dont you think? When the pace of thrustings heighten (squat) your arms around my torso tighten, (personal trainer) your fingers press up and down my back (trainer showing what muscles to work) as I make inroads into the deepest depth. (squat movement) Behind my back your arms twine round. More urgent moanings are my sound. (Lifting with exhaustion) No danger that I will not make it, it's like you want this evermore. (Belief of a trainer) These expressions of passions raw (determination of moving) just spur me deeper in my core, (to have someone else believe in my strength) bringing me to the point of orgasmic success. I’m just a girl, just ordinary me. Most people post to show you one facet of them. I’m a girl baring it all. I’m a health and well-being consultant helping others to live their best life. A mother and woman holding compassion and understanding for the complexities of being human. A fitness trainer, yoga teacher and author All the while sharing softly the hidden facets of being human like sensuality (which I believe is the greatest gift we have as humans that we can all create within). Sensuality makes a woman or man move through this world with their glowing essence. It stirs the imagination of all who witness and creates yearnings and pleasure for as far as the eyes can see. To be human is to be everything we are born to be. When I came on social media I decided being human doesn’t have a look it has a feel. I know it confuses people because we are used to being boxed or being able to box others. Telling others we need more or less. Or others telling us we should be more or less. However the magic lies in letting a human be themselves and unfold in front of our eyes, just as they are. The discovery is the most exciting bit. Isn’t this what we crave; to know another deeply? Yet in this world we prefer to mold and tell each other how they should be. Every area of our lives is trying to mold us, either through person to person connection, the algorithms or systems that play in our lives. I hope the world moves in a direction where we can all unfold just as a flower blooms in its own time for all our sakes. To know someone isn’t to know their skin. But to know what makes their skin turn to goosebumps or heat up.. To know someone isn’t to know their voice. But to know what makes their voice disappear or change in pitch in an instance. To know someone isn’t to know what they feel like. But to know how to make them feel us and lose control with vulnerability and trust. To know someone isn’t to know their day to day thoughts. But to know how to make that smile spread across their lips or how to dry those tears. To know someone isn’t to know what they love or hate. But to know how to make them see/feel they can be anything they want and watch them blossom right from under us. To know someone … finish this sentence.

At the moment we have a precious human body, which is the best vessel for crossing this perilous ocean of samsara. If we were to waste this precious life without taking full advantage of it, we would be extremely foolish. ~ Geshe Kelsang Gyatso wish I could tell you fitness is easy. I wish I could tell you getting older and keeping motivated was easy. I wish I could tell you recovering from injury was linear. I wish I could tell you motivation never runs out, you can achieve your goals in 30 days and it’s always fun. I wish I could tell you people are always going to be there and not ignore you. The truth is I can’t. The truth will set you free though. Life is hard, keeping fit is a journey of a life time. People and friends will disappoint you and not be there for you. However for me it is harder being sick or unhealthy, not being there for myself and all of this I have some control over. So it’s all about the art of choosing a life of suffering well and choosing your hard. I choose the hard that makes me stronger and healthier, happier and me more there for me because it makes the best life for me. The art of happiness is also the art of suffering well. When we learn to acknowledge embrace and understand our suffering, we will suffer much less. Not only that, but we can also move beyond our suffering and transform into understanding, compassion, respect and joy for ourselves and others in this world. Many believe happiness and suffering are mutually exclusive and that one cannot experience happiness whilst going through difficult times. But that is not the true truth. It is not easy but through the difficult times we learn to adapt and grow. The art of suffering well involves accepting that suffering is part of life and learning to find meaning and purpose in the pain. What do you choose? Unedited photo of me just now. Finished my shoulder, chest and bicep workout and completed my yoga. Time to start the day. What are you working out today? I believe unfortunately there is so much emphasis on aesthetics and the current body shape rather than the powerful positive effect and benefits of exercise physically and mentally. Lifting weights and using bodyweight (full body and muscle group isolation exercises) as resistance all contribute to building strength and, when combined with a healthy nutritional intake and cardio, mobility, meditation and yoga with dedication, consistency, training with intensity and focus, and of course patience, changes occur. I am nearly 40 and I never thought I would feel fitter than in my 20s or be in this strong body. It takes time but …These changes include improvements in strength, posture, core strength, flexibility, endurance, body composition, and a more positive mental outlook. I know for me it is about focusing on my performance, improvements and progressions and how I feel – whether it is performing my first full push up or press after my neck injury this year or, straddle pose with glute activation to help my sciatica or even running that first 5km I haven’t run in forever – is a much more positive and productive way to gauge progress and encourage consistency, rather than scales. This woman makes my heart sing @audriasana 's women and the Beautiful Michelle are magnificent in my eyes. I remember this shoot well. First I had dinner with Michelle and her partner. We then drove back to where we were staying. We then walked to this spot on the side of a main road by the river at sunset and took our clothes off. We got bitten by mozzies and made this fun shoot. I know most models wouldn't do a photoshoot after a meal. Not Michelle. I know many people would have to plan it. Not Michelle. I love how spontaneous she is. I love the authenticity of Michelle and her heart always seeing fun, play and art to be made anywhere and everywhere. For me creating art with other women is one of the greatest gifts. To see another beautiful women shine is a magnificent thing and to be in her light and witness them in person is truly breathtaking. I'm always going to be the girl that loves seeing other women shine, who is inspired & grateful for them. Who knows her world is better off because of them. A little about me Was börn in Tasmania I am highly sensitive I care about and worry about everyone else more than myself I eat bread every day I often do what others want and I am learning to say yes to me more I struggle to follow the rules, not because I don't want to, but because I am just different and my heart and mind goes somewhere else. I have dyslexia I have a daughter that doctors said I could never have I am shy through and through but use my senses and sensuality to tune out so I can seem extroverted I think sensuality and sexuality is beautiful and a very important part of life, however I see it through the lens of healing and health rather than what our animalistic culture does today I love difficult conversations and talking about everything and anything I am passionate about caring and helping others I do not like labels and all these stigmas and untruths floating around in our world I do not like the algorithms I love authenticity I am a lover but struggle to feel good enough to be loved Deäth does not scare me but leaving this world before I make it a better place does I save hard and work hard, but also use a lot of my money to help others I love dealing with difficult people to learn how the mind works and about myself I never feel like I fit in I need to move every day I love teddy bears I love cold showers I wash my hair everyday I love cleaning it keeps my mind clear I love the sound of shoes walking on pavement. I am excited to see where life goes to I do not drink much and have only been drünk once I am strong minded by soft hearted and often do for others more than me I am often wishing I could be more than I am I walk the streets wondering what peoples super talent is. Can they play Mozart, do flips, are they a whizz at maths or an amazing artists etc Appearance to me is about the eyes shining and the heart being felt on the outside I worry a lot but believe everything will work out I am positive about what I can accomplish but never share this out loud. Growing up in Australia with the Tall Poppy syndrome makes it uncomfortable. My ch1ldhöod was hard work, challenging but also taught me a lot and I am grateful from where I can from even if it was not perfect I would not change a thing. I feel life is a game but also very personal and we need to mean what we do and care for those around us. I don't get jealous, I get inspired to do more I learned my träumas are not their to stop me but make me a more genuine person I love sharing but think it is important to have meaning when we share I believe self discipline is self love and I am extremely self disciplined. If I say I am going to do it I am going to do it. I love learning but struggle to do it in front of others Sensuality and senses make me feel alive I am reserved but full of energy I am curious and want to know everyones story I dream of better tomorrow's and will work my whole life to make it happen.
