Feeling pretty good though and with a little assistance I was able press 300lbs over head today. 6 sets of standing shoulder press 6 sets of incline bench 4 sets of front db raises up to 75lbs 4 sets of db flys 2 sets of close grip flat bench 4 sets of seated machine shoulder presses Finished up with some high rep lightweight cable press downs and over head extensions (3 sets each)

Well no gym tonight, I stupidly arm wrestled the guy at the corner store near me and I think I really strained the tendon in my right arm this time. Though I did win lol. Yeah though I tried to hit the gym but couldnt really do many lifts, so as of now I'm gonna take the weekend off and see where I'm at on Monday. Disappointed because I was hoping to hit 305 on the barbell overhead shoulder press tonight. Oh well, better safe than sorry.

Bicep and back work tonight. Couldn't go heavy with biceps because of tendon pain in my right arm. Same way it felt a few years ago when I partially tore my left bicep. Otherwise I got a pretty decent lift in. 5 sets of wide grip lat pulldowns. 5 sets of long bad curls. Only 10lbs per side lol 5 sets of seated machine rows. 5 sets of single arm machine preacher curls 5 sets of on pulloverachine with last set a drop set.

Had less than an hour in the gym tonight but with low rest times I was still able to get a decent workout session in. 4 sets of standing over head presses 4 sets of flat bench 4 sets of tricep press downs with last a huge drop set 4 sets of standing front db raises 4 sets of machine flys 4sets of single arm overhead tricep extensions And on the way out I jumped on the dip machine and got set in until failure.
