Alright nothing to crazy today, no work today and I feel better that I got a decent leg day in this week though.
6 sets of squats
4 sets of standing calve raises
5 sets of leg extensions with the last set a 4 step drop set.
5 sets of ham string curls with last sets another 4 step drop
4 sets of calve presses on the leg press
4 sets of 20-30 of the leg press
6 sets on abductor machines - 3 on each ( one for glutes and the other for inner thighs)

Yesterday's leg day was weak, was shot from work. Ended up doing 8 sets of leg extensions and 8 sets of hamstring curls, then finished up with 5 sets of standing calve raises. Will be making up for it on Saturday long as I get off work in time though.
Tonight I hit some chest, shoulders and triceps.
Not the most intense, but decent.
5 sets of decline bench
5 sets of standing shoulder presses - hit 225 for 11
5 sets of tricep close grip press downs
5 sets of seated machine chest press
5 sets of seated machine shoulder presses
Finished up with 3 sets of bodyweight dips until failure.

Didn't do much last night.
Went in late and hit 5 sets of deadlifts.
Attempted 700 but couldn't get it. Dropped down to 500 and hit it for 12, then 5 sets of wide grip lat pulldowns after, and finished up with 5 sets seated cable rope rows

Only had 45 min tonight, but better than nothing.
Aside from squats tried to stick with 30-60 second rests between sets
Started with 4 sets of squats
4 sets of standing machine calve raises
2 sets of high rep leg presses supersetted with calve presses
5 sets of leg extensions
5 sets of hamstring curls. Last set was a drop set from 200lbs down to 40lbs. 20-30lbs per drop. 6-10 reps per drop

We got hit with a snow storm yesterday and the gyms closed down, but made it tonight, though all the snow took a bit out of me. Barely hit 30 on the bench with 225lbs. Really wanted 37-38. Next time!

Going to mississippi for the weekend for some family matters, so this may be the last lift of the week.
Hit some chest, delt and triceps tonight.
Started with bench for 5 sets working up to 315. Last set was a 3 step drop set 315-225-135
4 sets of dumbbell flys supersetted with standing front dumbbell raises
2 sets of close grip flat bench
4 sets of tricep press down with the last set being a 5 step drop set from 150lb to 30lbs
4 sets of seated machine shoulder presses
4 sets of machine flys supersetted with reverse machine flys
Finished up with 2 sets of bodyweight dips until failure

Just one of those days where I feel unmotivated and tired, but these are the most important days to get out there and push through. Not happy with with my dead lift performance tonight, still was able to get through 20 sets total for back though, plus 5 sets of deadlifts.
Ran a circuit type of lift tonight where I started with wide grip lat pulldowns and immediately went into close grip lat pulldowns, followed by close grip seated rows and finished with seated machine mid grip rows. I stayed within the 8-15 rep range per machine and ran through this 5 times for a total of 20 sets.
5 sets of deadlifts worksing up to 600 for 2. Really was shooting for 4+ though... I will get it next time!
