Was going for 500 reps each muscle but ran out of time.
Ended up banging out 300 reps of tricep press downs at 100lbs
80 reps of body weight dips.
300 reps of machine preachers 100 at 100lbs, 100 at 60lbs and 100 at 30lbs.

Fridays lift was an entire upper body workout as I knew I wasn't gonna be able to make the gym tonight.
Ended up starting with 6 sets of bench
2 sets of seated 4 step dropset machine flys
4 sets of pulldowns
2 sets of seated machine rows
2 sets bent over barbell rows
4 sets of seated machine shoulder presses
4 sets of reverse machine flys
6 sets of standing cable curls supersetted with 6 sets of tricep press downs (no rest between sets)
2 sets of seated preacher machine curls
Finished up with 2 sets of bodyweight dips until failure.

Thursday was legs

4 sets of weighted calve raises
8 sets of leg extensions
8 sets of leg curls
4 sets of calve presses
4 sets on the abductor machines
Today I did a whole upper body lift.
Was limited on time
Started with flat bench for 6 sets
2 sets of machine flys
4 sets of lat pull downs
4 sets of seated cable rows
4 sets of side dumbbell raises
2 sets of seated machine shoulder presses
Finished up by supper setting standing cable curls with tricep rope press downs together for 6 sets each.
